1> Is my purchasing information safe? Yes, we use the latest technology in SSL certification and encryption. Check out the "Policy" tab for additional information about your information.
2> How soon can I expect my product? Great question, In stock, off the shelf items, will normally ship in two or three days, (not including weekends). All of our custom made to order products are manufactured and take about 10 working days until they ship. We do have a "Rush" program that runs about 30% more and ships in 5 days. To these times you have to add the actual transit time via UPS, FedEx, or freight line. You will normally receive a "tracking number" via email, when we are notified by the vendor that your products are on the way. Transit time varies since products ship from different places around the country but about 4 to 5 days for most of the continental US.
3> How do we handle returns? As a retailer/dealer we extend to you the manufacturer's return policy. All return requests are handled through our toll free number on the website. We will forward your request to the manufacturer, they will issue you a RGA (return goods authorization). The returned products must be their original packaging and unused, suitable for resale. You will be responsible for all freight, to and from. A percentage of cost restocking charge is "Normal". Please note: custom made to order products like grilles, louvers, filters, fire dampers, and smoke dampers are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-disputable as these are made to your specifications.
4> How do I handle a warranty claim? As a retailer/dealer we extend to you the manufacturer's warranty. Each products have different warranties. All warranty claims are handled through our toll free number. You will be issued a RGA (return goods authorization) and freight is pre-paid. Upon receipt of your product the replacement unit will be sent to you (freight pre-paid). If there is a "need it quick" situation we have a process available.
